As a leading professional manufacturer of rubber seals, we have modernized production bases equipped with fully automatic production lines, with an annual production capacity of more than 160 million pieces of various types of rubber seals. 1. Precision Mixing System

Germany Siemens torque monitoring device ensures the uniformity deviation of rubber material <0.5%.

The annual mixing capacity reaches 8,000 tons, which can meet the demand of various hardness (30-90 Shore A) rubber.

2. High-end molding equipment

Fully automatic vacuum plate vulcanizer production line (±0.02mm dimensional accuracy).

3. Finishing system

Switzerland imported CNC engraving machine to realize micron-level trimming treatment.

U.S. MTS material testing machine (tensile, compression, tear test)

Germany Brabender aging test chamber (70-300 ℃ adjustable)

Self-developed multi-function sealing performance test bench (pressure range 0-40MPa)

Salt spray test chamber, ozone aging chamber and other environmental simulation equipment
